Eric Remembered Through Legacy Lager
DogTag Brewing, inc., started by a former Marine named Seth Jordan and his wife Katy, is a wonderful organization that not only makes great beer, but they have a unique way of honoring our Fallen Heroes, including Eric. Their beer cans present the biographical and unit information of our Fallen Heroes. At the end of the year, apportion of the profits made by DogTag are donated to non-profit organizations sponsored by the families of those Fallen Heroes honored on the beer cans. Is that a cool idea or what?
Eric was one of the original 12 Fallen Heroes remembered on DogTag’s initial launch. In the past year, Pabst has entered into a sponsorship and distribution arrangement with DogTag. The new beer line, with the same format, is called Legacy Lager.
What was unexpected and is truly a blessing is that people are posting pictures of themselves on twitter, facebook and instagram toasting our fallen heros and honoring their memory. Some cool examples below. Thank you Seth and Katy and thank you America!
